Who are we?
I remember my grandmother as a strong woman, full of character and presence, with large hands, gray hair, and a loud voice. I remember her preparing the empanada dough in my mother’s kitchen, following no recipe other than the wisdom she had gained over the years. After kneading, she would take the ball of dough in her hand and, tapping it on the table, gather the little pieces of dough that had fallen aside… those small bits that, if they didn’t turn into a luxurious empanada in the oven, would never be enjoyed by anyone, destined forever to become Lost Smiles.
Additionally, for those who want to know a little more about who is behind this project, my name is Rosa Gullón. I am an engineer by training and a host by vocation.
There isn’t much more to know about me, except that precisely because of this vocation, I personally get involved in every project that comes to SP to ensure it ends up being a success.
When asked what we are, we have to say that we are a catering service, but in reality, we see ourselves as much more than that—we are creators of all kinds of events centered around great cuisine.
We cover a wide range of experiences: from breakfasts, brunches, lunches, cocktails, and dinners (both private and corporate) to gift packages filled with our finest creations, as well as cooking courses and team-building sessions in our kitchen lobby… and all of this always, inevitably, with the utmost care and dedication in our kitchen.
