PRIVACY POLICY
SP COOKING S.L guarantees the protection of all personal data provided by the User on the Website, in compliance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.
All personal data provided to SP COOKING S.L will be processed in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 and will be incorporated into the corresponding registry created and maintained under the responsibility of the Data Controller.
SP COOKING S.L respects current legislation on personal data protection, user privacy, and the confidentiality and security of personal data, in accordance with applicable legislation on data protection, specifically Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, and Organic Law 3/2018, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the personal data provided, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data, and the risks to which they are exposed.

This privacy policy (hereinafter, the «Privacy Policy») applies to all personal data provided by the user to SP COOKING S.L
SP COOKING S.L is the owner of this website (hereinafter the “Website”), with registered office at CALLE PEÑALARA, 1, LOCAL 2, POZUELO DE ALARCON, 28224, MADRID, and with C.I.F. Nº B16838823, whose main activity is the provision of prepared meals.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “User” refers to any natural person interested in the products and services offered by SP COOKING S.L through its Website.
SP COOKING S.L will request, prior to providing personal data, the User’s express consent to this Privacy Policy, when necessary, and for any other aspect requiring prior authorization.

II.- For what purpose do we process your personal data?
The User is informed that SP COOKING S.L will process personal data for the purposes indicated below, to the extent there is a legal basis for each processing, as explained further:
(a) Ensure the User’s access and use of the Website, as well as for management, study, and resolution of queries
(b) Facilitate the User’s relationship with SP COOKING S.L and, if applicable, the contracting of a service
(c) Inform the User by any means, including sending commercial communications and prospecting to the email address provided by the User to SP COOKING S.L regarding the company, its activities, products, and services, as well as documentation of various kinds
(d) Fulfill legal obligations with different public administrations and institutions

IV.- How long do we keep your personal data?
SP COOKING S.L will retain User data during the contractual relationship and, in any case, for a maximum period of two years from the last interaction with SP COOKING S.L or until the User withdraws consent, without prejudice to retention necessary for the formulation, exercise, or defense of potential claims and/or as permitted by applicable law during the statute of limitations, and/or as established in applicable legislation after the end of the contractual relationship. Once this period ends, the Company commits to cease processing all data and, if applicable, properly block it in its databases.
Data will be blocked when rectification or deletion is requested. Blocking consists of identifying and reserving data, implementing technical and organizational measures to prevent its processing, including viewing, except for providing data to courts, prosecutors, or competent public administrations, particularly data protection authorities, for potential liability arising from the processing, and only for the statute of limitations period. After that, data should be destroyed. Blocked data cannot be processed for any purpose other than that specified above.
V.- Security and integrity of personal data. Who has access to your personal data?

VI.- What are the rights of users?
SP COOKING S.L informs Users that they may exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability, and limitation of processing free of charge, as well as reject automated processing of personal data, by written request to legal@spcooking.es or the registered office of SP COOKING S.L, indicating contact details and reference: “Data Protection Rights LOPD,” including name, ID copy, request description, address for notifications, date, and signature.
Users have the right to object to processing for promotional purposes and receiving commercial communications by simply notifying SP COOKING S.L. Requests follow the procedure described above. Users may also unsubscribe from commercial communications as specified in each message.
