APPLICATION PROCEDURE
If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, you disagree with the decision, or the response does not meet the requirements outlined in Article 12.5, the interested person may file a claim. A claim may also be submitted if twenty working days have passed without receiving a response.
The claim can be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation’s electronic headquarters, as well as through the other options provided in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and processed by the General Subdirectorate for Service Inspection of the Ministry.
